She has no infection, yeast or urinary, although she had a urinary infection when she was a puppy. Doc says he can't do anything more for her. I need natural remedies.

Has anyone who is or has been pregnant before dealt with constipation? i mean pretty bad...Ive told my Dr. she encouraged use of metamucil, whole wheat, prune juice and water intake of course. I have done this. She said I can use milk of magnesia but Ive seen some places say not to use anything but fiber from supplements or foods. Are there any herbal teas? Any sitz bath potions for the pain that you know of? I dont want it to go much further or get much worse than it already is. Thank you.

my grade in science is failing, and i have to have a parent-teacher conference about my grade with me in the room. i don't know what to do. any advice on making myself seem the better person? i usually am not like this at all. i'm very nice in class and the teachers all apparently love me. i just suck at science. i don't know what to say- how to explain myself- anything. any advice to make it better?

It looks like I'm going to have to try to quit smoking again. I'm 24 and I've smoked since I was 18. I smoke about 10-15 cigarettes a day and cigarettes have caused me to lie to my wife, who I love very much, about quitting -- multiple times.

Every time I've intended to quit and every time I've failed in a matter of weeks. I'm not a very strong person. I don't have a lot of willpower, and I can really only blame myself for this, I know. But that doesn't make it any easier.

I've tried gum, patches and cold turkey. All I can think about when I'm not smoking is going to a store and buying a pack. I'm a nervous person and all my co-workers smoke, which makes it worse.

Things I'm not willing to try are "alternative" methods such as hypnosis and herbal treatments. I also don't have time or money for therapy or support groups. More than likely, I'm going to try cold turkey again, so how can I make it stick this time?

My 9-year-old son is a pretty good, but reluctant reader. The only books that keep his interest enough to read are Scary Stories (writteb for children) and other gross books. I don't neccisarily agree with the subject matter of those books, yet I want to encourage him to read. So is it best to allow him to read these, just for the sake of reading?

My husband and I just bought a 120 year old house. We put up the ucky carpet and there are hardwoods all over the house, but they need refinishing. My husband wants to put down carpet because he said the house will be too cold and hard to heat with the wood floors. I want to refinish them because (1) they would be beautiful and (2) much easier to keep clean with kids and 2 small pets. and ive heard they cut down alot on spiders in the house. We would have to refinish them ourselves, we cant afford to hire it done, but I think it would be alot cheaper than carpeting the whole house and not much difference on the gas bill. what do you all think? thanks in advance!@

I had a girlfriend one time in my entire high school career, (lasted a whole two weeks) because I was so shy, I could barely even talk to my own teachers.
I have a few close friends, but most of them are my coworkers..
Should I just stop trying and wait for college?
If I date someone now, I would just have to break up with them in five months, so what do you think?

If you believe that this world is only a few thousand years old,then where did the Dinosaurs come from?
