Of course I think anybody would make an assumption just because that's how humans are structured; stereotypes and prejudices (unfortunate, but true). My only stereotype of multiple marriages also depends on the person. However, I typically would think that they just aren't lucky in love. Some people 'settle' for someone who they THINK loves them and blocks out the reality of thoroughly thinking through the situation. I'm guilty of it! So I never judge.

I would run a back ground check on her. I've seen far too many women kick out their children's father, claim he was abusive, find someone new, than do the same thing to him. How many times in the last 18 years have I heard men say "She accusing me of abuse, but I never touched her, not like her ex-husband did!" So I ask him how does he know that her ex-husband hit her? "She told me all about it!"
And what did he think she was telling him about the husband she had before that?
Do background checks. If she has accused a man of physical or sexual abuse, true or not, against a previous man, stay away from her because you will also be accused at some point.

She cant hold a man down.
The majority of the time a woman enters a marriage with the thought that if it doesnt work out she can always get divorced.
If we didnt have this decline of moral culture then ppl would think twice about being married unless they wanted it to be for life.
There are exceptional circum stances of course, but I would prefer someone fresher than someone with a whole load of baggage. She would be bettre suited to some sweaty fat desperate guy.

I would assume that
1, the marriage was wrong
2, her partner died
my mum is due to be married for the third time later this year. Her first husband was a sh*t and beat her, the second - my dad- died 13 years ago.

I might assume she might be a poor judge of character, or that she is impulsive (she quickly marries some guy she thinks is "hot" only to find out later that the guy is a total prick, he's a cheater, or he is ambitionless, a poor role model for a child, ect.).

Nowadays, no. Things happen, people make mistakes. Perhaps her exes were abusive. I would have to get to know her more before I assume anything.
