try a good strong mouthwash and also a tounge scraper as it is a fungas that can be caused by smoking drinking too much coffee. Also try brushing your teeth and useing hte mouthwash around 3 times a day

Clean your tongue with a toothbrush but not the same one as you use for your teeth use bicarbonate of soda and rinse a few times a day with cooled boiled salted water that sounds awfull if it don't go after a couple of days you need to see your doctor

Some kind of fungal infection I would guess. Go see your doctor to get some lozenges to suck and invest in a tongue scraper.
