get a black marker and write "refused-return to sender" over your address and leave it in your mailbox for the mailman to pick up the next day.

If you didn't get the actual package, just the notification(a little pink slip telling you to pick it up at the post office) then just ignore it, they will send it back after a few days.

If it's an actual package and it's unopened, you can write return to sender on it and take it back to the post office. If it's ever been opened, you can do the same thing but you need to place it in an actual public mailbox or the postperson may refuse it.

you just refuse it, then it is returned to sender as refused
