All new cars in Europe are rated up to a maximum of 5 stars for safety by EuroNCAP (Europe New Car Assessment Programme). Can one make a statement like this, for example: "The Toyota Aygo with it's 4 star EuroNCAP rating is equally as safe in an accident as a BMW 3 series which also has a 4 star rating"?

Increase in school violence, gangs etc. is not equal to lack of spanking in the home/schools. That is ludicrous! Have you people ever heard of circular causality? Do your research! There are multiple factors responsible for one problem. Stop blaming our social problems on lack of spanking to justify your reasons for spanking your kids!

There are other reasons for increase in school violence. Lack of parental presence, poverty, poor child/parent dynamic, violent media influences, violent peer influences, poor problem solving repetoire, poor communication skills, low grades in school, not fitting in, etc.etc. etc.

It's the opposite ladies, for some reason I have no problem attracting ladies and doing well you know...LOL, however, when we hit it off and the fireworks get to sparking. I'll call back and they avoid me as if I was just a one night stand. I'm not looking for a relationship neither ladies. I just want to be lovemaking buddies(politcally correct for saying...well you know.LOL... Don't want a violation e-mail or question removed.) Yes, I'm greedy, I want more, I like to come back for seconds, and thirds even. However, they never want to come back for more like I do. Females, why is it that a one night stand is better than sex partners for you ladies? Especially when we are both upfront about no relationship, just sex partners not just a one night stand?

Won't his turds just clank around in the toilet and not flush? I think the guys at DC Comics got some splainin to do.

I really enjoyed this movie but I must confess that I didn't seem to "get" all of it. I never understood any of the scenes involving the birthday cake. I didn't understand why her daughter turned around and turned into one of the creatures. I also didn't understand the ending when she snapped back from her dream but got up as if her body waere like the creatures. And finally, what the heck was that ending implying? Did she die? Let me know what you got out of it. And yes, I agree that it was a pretty good little scary movie. The cave scenes really played on the claustrophobia.

I met her through an online dating website. I didn't think the site would work and it seemed stupid until I met her, anyways...

Last night I talked to her on the phone for 6 1/2 hours... up talking till 4 in the morning.

I think she's interested because no one would talk to someone that long on the phone if they weren't... she's also a really really nice person and i'm really interested in her.

Problem? She lives in CT and i live in Long Island, New York. That's a 2 hour drive or If I take a fairy over to CT from LI, it's an hour boat ride for me an hour drive for her if she picks me up... a little out of the way, I know. But we're adults so after meeting each other, if we're comfortable, I won't mind staying at her place for a weekend or she staying at mine but what my question is...

Is something THIS long distance worth it? Its hard to find nice people in my area whom I like so maybe I should go for it. What do others think? Has anyone else been through this before?

I say YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Patriots have a QB that is 11-1 lifetime in playoffs vs. QB making his first playoff start.

Coach who is 12-2 vs. 5-12 Marty.

Patriots vs. Colts... bank on it.

Do you believe it?

If you had a complete one, could you tell me:

1. Was it vaginally? (I had breast cancer and had the TRAM surgery, so I have had my abdomin cut from hip to hip, I don't know if that would make a difference or not)
2. How long in the hospital?
3. Recovery time
4. Pain level
5. Your overall experience--and anything I might have missed that's important to ask.

Both good and bad info would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Mat.1:21 And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.
So, how do we get Jesus, the name we see in our Bibles? As stated, His Hebrew name is Yeshua (English transliteration). In Galilee, where He lived, the 'a' at the end was left silent so the pronunciation would have been Yeshu, in that region. Of course, as we have seen, the Hebrew story of the life of Jesus was very soon, after His death and resurrection, translated into Greek. In the translation, Yeshu(a) became Iesus. In Greek, there is no 'sh' sound thus the 's' in the middle, and in the Classical period, it was typical to add an 's' to the end of male names, thus we get the Greek pronunciation easoos (Iesus). From there it is easy to see how we get Jesus as a transliteration of Iesus. The 'J' corresponds to the 'Y' in Hebrew and the 'I' in Greek. For example, the Hebrew name Yeramiah becomes Jeremiah in English or Yahweh becomes Jehovah. So, Jesus is the name we have come to love, but His given name was actually Yeshua, and perhaps it is this latter name on which we should focus.

This is important for us because Hebrew is the key to becoming more authentically Biblical. In Hebrew, the phrase,"and she shall call his name Jesus, for He will save His people from their sins," is actually a play on words. "…and she shall call His name Yeshua for He will yoshea His people…(Matt.1:21). Both are derived from the root "yesha", to save. So Yeshua means savior, the implications of which are astounding.

I am remarried and have a son with my new husband so I don't work right now. My ex-husband pays child support on my first two sons whom I have custody of. My ex thinks I should have to work if he is going to pay child support. Does anyone agree with him? I stay home full time to take care of my three boys and my new husband works.
