i found out when i was 15 that i have got 5 cysts on my ovaries, i am now having ivf treatment, it does not mean you cannot conceive naturally i know alot of people who have PCOS and have children, Victoria beckham has had 3 children and she also has PCOS, but if you want to be certain go and see your consultant and they will do the necessary tests that you would need to find out, although i think it is just a case of luck

I have had 3 laperoscpopys from burst cysts and i was sooo worried bout getting pregnant and one bursting and causing a miscarage. But what was explained to me was that while you are pregnant, your body pruduces a hormone that stops the growth of the cyst(most) and you are usually ok, some have to have them removed to be able to carry full term.. I couldnt get pregnant though from the PCOS. so i tried the clomid and i was able to.. my son is 4 months old and im about to try for another one ! i know crazy huh? i just want them to be close and to be young still when they move out!

Yes, you still have your right ovary and the cyst can pass on its own or be removed.
