When did it become illegal to kill a man in the United States? I read (on a random fact website) that it was not a felony to assassinate a president until after Kennedy was killed. Whether it is true or not, I would like to know when exactly murder became illegal. Please cite sources.

I was just watching Fantastic Four and realised that it takes all four of them (Mr. Fantastic, Invisible Woman, Human Torch and Thing) to beat Dr. Doom. Therefore, doesn't that makes him the most powerful villian because it takes a combined might to beat him as oppossed to like Dr. Octupus, who only needs Spiderman to beat him.
What does everyone else think?
Tell me who you think is the most powerful villian and why.

P.S. This is in respects to the comics, not the films. The films just put this question in my head.

Okay, my dilemma is, basically:

Recently a girl my boyfriend's brother knows has developed an interest in my boyfriend, who I've been with over a year.
He's breached my trust before, but it was a situation where he had no control. But I am still concerned.

This girl calls him every day now, telling him he is "the most amazing person." She knows I'm the girlfriend.

He tells me about it like it's irritating, but his tone tells me otherwise; it's like: a "I kinda hope this makes you jealous" voice. He has a way to seem innocent in every situation, so I'm never completely sure.

I havn't interferred or confronted him about it, because maybe he IS innocent. I just don't know. I don't want to pry, but I dont want him to think he can get away with leading people on either.

Advice please?

Yesterday, I went to eat with my friends and after that we went to dance a little bit. I was dancing with one of my friends until I had myself to stop because I wasn't breathing. my heart was beating strongly and I could not breathe and my face was super red. What that means? Could this be tachycardia* (racing heart)???

I need professional parenting help. My fienc'ee have had a child whose two years old now. But hes saying words that begin with F or S alot. He's gotten these words from the inlaws that he stayed with when my family broke apart. I fixed that so now we are all in my apartment. My fienc'ee says she was told to just ignore it and i should do the same. I don't agree...so...My question is should I disipline him or should I just go along with it? p.s. my hubby went to work yesterday friday at 6.30am came home at 6.00pm had too go to work as a crowd controller again at 7.30 got home at 8.30 this morning slept almost alll day went too work again tonight (saturday)at 7.30 will be home around 3.30am is off too work again at 11.00am (sunday) will be home around 6.00pm sunday evening, then he wants too go to a staff party at the hotel he works at. this starts at 7.30pm and dosnt include wifes g/f's ect i have hardly seen him this weekend and dont want him to go too the party is this unfair of me?

consider x^2 - x^2 (x^2 means x squared)
x^2 - x^2 = x(x-x)
and, x^2 - x^2 = (x + x) (x - x)
so,x(x-x) = (x+x) (x-x).
(x-x)cancels.
so, x = x+x.
x = 2x.
1 = 2
but how is this possible???
