Yesterday, I went to eat with my friends and after that we went to dance a little bit. I was dancing with one of my friends until I had myself to stop because I wasn't breathing. my heart was beating strongly and I could not breathe and my face was super red. What that means? Could this be tachycardia* (racing heart)???

The possibilities are several - one, allergic rreaction. It can also be a panic attack. The likelihood of that increases if u get a similar one in another situation.

If u have pre-existing heart disease, it could be an arrythmia or something.

A lot of these places are filled with cigarette smoke, if u don't smoke already, this could possibly be a response to that as well.

Finally, if are just not used to dancing too long, it could only be a response to the 'exercise'.Tachycardia is nothing but heart rate more than 100 and is quite normal esp. when one exercises.

Tachycardia is a medical term for abnormally increased heart (beat) rate... It is not a disease in itself...
What you have experienced is not an ordinary thing. It might be a sign of heart disease!... Do see a doctor ASAP!

Tachycardia just means a racing heart. You could've had this. You could've had indigestion. Did you have any pain ir numbness anywhere? How long did it last? Ask your doctor.

No your heart was beating fast because you was engaged into a physical activity your blood pressure may have been that would be why your face was red. I suffer from RHR and have to sometimes get shots to slow it down. But you can go to the DR and get checked.

If it only happened this one time, then you have nothing to worry about it could just be a reaction to something you did that day. If it occurs more often the you should go see a doctor.

Probably, or high blood pressure. It may also be food allergy. Asthma is possible too. Go to your physician and have a check-up so that you may have an accurate assessment regarding this symptom.
