No body knows because those tyrants were created for USA in the 80´s. And that people is not paying for it since Bush discover that is easy to suck oil and others by invade those countries and kill civilians. That people is just paying to be stolen by USA and UK companies. Don´t worry reason will prevail, evil empire must end.
