gossipy, immature, rude, etc?
In my role as receptionist for a municipality, it is important to be friendly, polite, confidential, and very professional.
I don't think it's appropriate to participate in office gossip, and I treat everyone the same friendly and respectful way, and don't bring my problems to work (i.e. don't share the all the details of my personal life.) What you see is what you get - I have no personal agenda and am a soft-spoken, yet assertive person.

I job share with someone who is the exact opposite. She is a "queen bee" prima donna type that everyone hovers around. She has a professional image - but she is very fake and everything is all about her and her agenda. Honestly, it feels like Mean Girls - and we're all adults here! Any tips/advice?

My parents have agreed to pay the $5000 rental fee for the place for our wedding & reception (a restored lake house) & the $140 per person catering/bar fee for 125 guests.
My Fiance comes from a split family, so we have agreed that each family (my parents, his father/step-mother, his mother/step-father & he/i) can invite 32 people. If anyone wants to go over that number that family must pay the $140 per person fee in order for those guests to attend. For example, my Fiance's mother wants to invite 40 people, she/her husband will have to pay for the 8 extra people to come. Do you think this is fair? We know we could have the wedding somewhere cheaper & have more people, but thats not what is important to us. To us, the importance lies in having the wedding somewhere personal to us with those closest to us. Also, his parents have not yet volunteered to contibute anything to the wedding.

I have attended college and received my B.A. in Communication a few years ago. I think that I would like to go on and continue my education but I am unsure of what discipline.

I have had a few jobs since graduation but have not found a career that I am passionate about. My wife told me a statistic that approx. 80% of college graduates don't work in the field that they studied in.

For those of you out there that have gone on, what made you choose the path that you did? And when did you know you wanted to go back to school?

Essential elements used by plants in relatively large amounts for plant growth are called macronutrients. The major macronutrients are nitrogen (N), phosphorous (P), and potassium (K). Calcium (Ca), magnesium (Mg), and sulfur (S) are also macronutrients. All six nutrients are important constituents in soil that promote plant growth. Concentrations of these macronutrients in the soil are generally determined before the site is disturbed in order to complete a site reclamation plan. Knowing the initial macronutrient concentrations of the soil before disturbance can allow reclamationists to ensure that the same concentrations of macronutrients are in the soil after reclamation for revegetation purposes. When a site is revegetated, will fertilizer application be necessary? How much fertilizer will be necessary? Can the fertilizer simply be applied to the surface or will it need to be tilled into the soil? Which plants will grow in the area? These are some of the important questions that must be answered prior to mineland restortation. For more information on revegetation practices for reclamation, click here.

In addition to macronutrients, there are various trace elements that are necessary for plant growth. These trace elements are needed in smaller quantities than macronutrients. If the trace element is required for plant growth it is called a micronutrient. These include aluminum, arsenic, boron, cadmium, chlorine, copper, iron (sometimes thought of as a macronutrient), lead, manganese, sodium, zinc, and others. For more information on trace elements, see Munshower (1994).

Then Adam learnt from his Lord certain words of prayer. So He turned towards him with mercy. Surely, He is Oft-Returning with compassion, and is Merciful.

Indeed, We have honoured the children of Adam, and We carry them by land and sea, and provide them with good things and have exalted them far above many of those whom We have created.

When I bought a satchel type bag I was warned to carry it by the handle if I put heavy books in it, but I ignored this, and carried probably 6kg on 1 shoulder every day for a year... this resulted in me getting a lump like the bone sticking out a little bit (in comparison to the other shoulder, it feels higher), there wasn't that much pain... I finished studying two months ago and the lump doesn't seem to have gone down much... any idea what this is and how long it will take to go away? Thanks.
