if you do enough excersies such as yoga your spinal cord and the muscles in ur legs stretch out more causing the bone to strech out more too which could result in u getting a little bit taller ....i was just wondering if something similar could happen to the hip bone

Ummm, your bones don't stretch out and get longer. I think the way it works is those kinds of exercises increase muscle tone, which improves posture, making you appear taller.
