From what I know, these two drugs are perfectly safe to take together. Zispin can actually be prescribed for sleep, so it makes sense that it's making you tired. Do you take it at night?

It seems that Zispin is the same medication that I know of as Remeron ...(both are Mirtazapine). I've been on it in the past and curently take Wellbutrin.

Get off the Zispin...feeling totally knackered does not equate feeling better. Gaining 30 lbs is enough to make anyone depressed, I don't know about Wellbutrin, I'll look it up but I think you need to see a different Doctor and take a new approach. It's a new year, make a new start...I am not advocating stopping medication just get it changed a bit rapido and Good Luck because you can get better if you really want to, with the right sort of help.
