he said they were going to send 21500 troops to solve the chaos he caused,on my point of view he and his goverment want to control the whole country.he failed to solve it then why now

He's been unhappy recently, that's for sure. Why doesn't he send them to Afghanistan?

It seems pretty clear that what is going on is that the military, yes the soldiers on the ground have asked for 20,000 more troops to do the final clean out of terrorists locations and cities. Its part of the exit plan as drawn up by the generals themselves. The problem is that we have a new gaggle of geese in Congress for the media to adore and they really cannot say that the troop surge is to get the rest out. The question of is Bush trying to take over Iraq is kind fo childish and not on point to anyting that is happening and I can only attribute that to your age perhaps or that you acutally listen to right or left news.

Bush knows that his whole legacy as president has come down to his ill thought out plan to go into Iraq and he does not want his legacy to be one of all lies he wants to have done some good in his tenure as president other than make the world a much more dangerous place to be, and make the USA look like a bully on the block that can not do anything except attack other countries even if we were never asked to
