Explain my work:
As a botanist, I spend a lot of time identifying plants. Often, species of plants interbreed with other species (but only slightly). That is, some species (A) may interbread with Species (B) 10% of the time, but it only interbreeds with species (C) 1% of the time. Why does this happen? What does this mean for the "kinds" that so many creationist point to? In other words, why does hybridization happen?

For clarification: most creationists maintain that species do not evolve. Yet hybridization is evidence that things are always in the process of evolving. In general, species that are closer to one another will interbreed more, those that are less close, will intrebreed less. Eventually, you get to a point in time where the two will not interbreed (like corn and roses) and they are very distinct species (or in this case classes).

He pushes his little brother down all the time, pinches, hits, throws things, yells, and just runs around like a madman. I've tried everything. time outs don't work for him. I hate spanking, but I've done it. I've even screamed at him to scare him out of hurting his brother. I know, that was just stupid of me. How can I get through to him. I took his cars away after he hit his brother with them. He was good for the next day, but then it was back to being crazy again. Any suggestions? I'm pulling my hair out!

ok I need some help. Me and my boyfriend was sitting down talking last night watching a movie, We started asking eachother questions about personal lives so we can know more about eachother, Then finally I poped the Question if " He has ever cheated before in the past " well he came straight out and said that, in the past he has cheated for another girl. but around 2 years ago, his pay-back finally came for him. He stated that he whish'es he never did it, and that he learned his lesson from it ( Which he got cheated on). He said that he didn't realize that it hurt so bad, and he would never hurt me or anyone in the future. I got upset about it because you know how girls are when they hear that stuff. But I mean i guess i have to get over it. I have to have some trust in him. I just want to know what you guys think that me beeing upset and getting over it, and him comming out and telling the truth was the right thing. I know its good he didn't lie, so just let me know what you guys thin

I have always loved men. My best friend has always loved men. Both of us have been through a lot of jerks.

We have talked about this several times. We have been dear friends for almost 30 years. If we could only choose to be sexually attracted to each other, life could be perfect. We already love each other. We never fight or argue. Well, unfortunately, sexuality is not a choice so we remained alone for a long time.

BTW, neither of us has ever been with a woman because we are attracted to men.

Mr.GorgeousFluffpot had an Xray today and we parked in the hospital parking bay. He was in there for ten minutes and we had to pay £2 ... yes, £2, for the parking!! I should add that all the local roads around there are double-yellow lines so there's nowhere else to park.
But this hospital is difficult to reach by bus and the nearest train station is a distance away. Mr. GF and I could have walked, if we really wanted to, but some people have no choice if they are ill or infirm.
We pay enough taxes so why should the hospitals then try to charge you, or tax you, on getting there for essential services? What do YOU think?
*goes off in a huff and sits down to compose a very rude letter to the hospital director*!

I hard a discussion about this in my Women's studies class and I wanted to know. Because I think gay man have a harder time because being gay is like the ultimate opposite of what society thinks a man should be and a threat to Male musculity in America society. Tuesday night we had to call the police because he was messed up and I told him to get help or leave. He was going to leave messed up and take his 3 kids that we have with him. The mother left months ago to live her carefree life. The kids were screaming and begging for us not to let him take them with him. I had to give up so he wouldn't take them. Yesterday he overdosed and we gave all the info to the police/medics. They called at 06:30 this am saying they were releasing him. Childrens serv has been involved since day 1. He now has threatned me and my b/f because his drugs are out of my house and he is not allowed back to see the kids till we go to court. I love my bro but he is going to end up killing himself or one of the kids. I don't want to see him go to jail but I have to protect the kids. Addicts will do anything-I know firsthand and I fear the worst. I'm scared he is goin to show up/4 the kids and his drugs which we don't hve anymore. Need some kind word/adv-plz!!

ive been gradually losing weight over the past few months...even over the christmas holidays when everyone else gained weight, i still lost it. ive been trying to steer clear of all fatty foods (pork chops would usually fall under that category if they're fried) so my question is, can i eat pork chops if they are grilled? or would that damage my weight loss progress?

I meet girls and date them and then all the suden I completely lost interest.
I have never had any squishy feelings for anyone.
Sometimes I feel like I need a GF, at other times I don't really feel like I need one.
I dont' have the need to have someone constantly be around me,
but I would like to have a GF. Its like I want a GF just to know that I have someone there when I need personal female company. And I'm not talking about bedroom company here.
