My late father-in-law delivering to a manufacturer of commercial cutting tools. Then he joined the CEO in the executive dining room for lunch. He worked as a daytime janitor but was the "worst" looking employee and the best for all deliveries.

Before I read the rest of your question, my answer was I would offer the man twenty dollars for a nice warm meal and maybe a clean paper bag. I never ignore those in need and if he indeed had 50,000 dollars in diamonds he probably needed more help than most. Claire

Nope. Wouldn't get into an elevator alone with a man I don't know ever. Wouldn't matter if he was a brad pitt look alike.

It wouldn't matter if I knew ahead of time that the bag was full of diamonds.

Ther is some truth in the idea that rotten looking people do better with deliverys and collectoins. I use bikers from a local club for my collections. The fear factor has a large sucess rate.

I get on elevators with skanky people all the time and do not bat an eye.

Even if he had diamonds in the bag, it would have no bearing on me. I would imagine he stole them.

I think it's a clever disguise so he won't get robbed of his valuables.
