How do I upload and view a video file (wmv) from my website?

I have a website and want to upload video files (wmv format), and have the ability to send the link to someone for them to view.

Some free hosts don't let you upload video, pdf, mp3's, so I upload files to ripway and then link them to my site.

You can upload videos (or anything else) to your website through FTP or any other tool provided by your web host. You must ask your host instead,

There are no additional requirements to view the video however.

so just upload the file to your website and give a link to anyone you want..what's the real question?
