I am a labor doula and have been toying with the idea of starting a pregnancy support for local moms. I have a few questions out there for you pregnant women to help guide me in the right direction:
1) Is this something you think you would be interested in if there was one in your area?
2) What days/times would be best for you?
3) What topics/issues/concerns would you like to discuss?
4) where would be good places to advertise other than doctors/midwives offices?

I work at a preschool and my kids are terribly bored with our usual activities. I am needing ideas or link to sites where I can get ideas for FREE!! Games, printable coloring sheets, and activities that can be completed for not alot of cash??? I will appriciate any and all help that anyone can give. Please help!

We fight alot. She never apologizes and always raises her voice. All is emotion with her. I'm rational, highly educated and professional. I'm also disabled and know the time I have left means I'll be dying about when I believe kids most need a strong father figure. I think kids for us is very irresponsible. She has no job to return to though a mba degree just get more dust. What would you advise for each of us? Your imput would be much appreciated by me and I hope by her. I am interested in starting some type of insurance company for pre-paid legal representation. There are plenty of pre-paid legal services / insurance companies that assist in giving Leal advice but none that actually provide legal representation in court proceedings. A lot of these prepaid legal services / insurance companies that assist in giving Leal advice give a discount on legal representation but is not an actual plan for that reason. How can I start a company or a program that provides this? I want it to work like a health insurance plan instead of having network of doctors there would be a network of lawyers that are broken down into categories, such as family lawyers, divorce lawyers, criminal, person injury lawyers, ect. I would create plans that insurer's could choose from based on there on personal legal needs and wants. How could I do this? I am in Virginia.

How long will they be sucking the life out of our military, and how can he Bush justify allowing this? Why are we sacrificing our troops to "Rebuild Iraqi's neighborhoods" (in the words of GWB) when we are less safe from terrorism than we were on 9/11? The US is sapped out. If we can't or barely can protect our own country, how are we supposed to protect others? Note that the majority of the head of our military are saying a troop surge in Iraq is just like trying to put a band-aid on a gaping wound.

I mean, really. Our company just hired a temp receptionist, and every horny technician, guys who you normally NEVER see in the lobby, are hanging out there, trying to make the girl laugh. They're sniffing her out like a bunch of dogs. I'm surprised one of them hasn't pissed on her to mark his territory.

If starlight left a galaxy ten billion years ago, how did we arrive out here ahead of that light to pick it up? The big bang must have taken place when we were already sitting out here on Earth.

There's is something I'm not getting.

But ten billion years ago there was no sun and no earth to orbit it. So how were those ten billion years measured?
