Dehydrate yourself.....
Don't drink anything....and wear multiple layers of sweat clothes to bed.....
You'll probably "float" 3 lbs in one day.

Diet and exercise! Run in the morning as soon as you wake up, youll burn the most fat here, eat a goot breakfast egg whites, banana or protein shake. Eat 4-5 times a day. ( small portions ) you dont want to faint if you push yourself too hard. Shouldnt consume carbs after 6pm, and dont eat to late either, cut yourself off after 7-8pm. If you get hungry eat a banana or something. Run everyday, in the morning, and if your up to it, at night as well. Plain yorgurt, oatmeal, speacial K, turkey, tuna, are all good. Try "Lean Cuisine" that stuff is good. :)

decrease your carb intake down to 35-40 grams a day and drink a lot of water, close to 1 gallon a day..eat plenty of leafy green vegetables
