It sounds like you are referring to the two who were fighting on here earlier sue sue and giggles.
They both need to act like they are older than elementary age students

Ahhhhhhhhhh, NO. This is whats wrong with the world or at least the US. Everyone wants to sue everyone for the littlest thing. Grow some thicker skin and Grow up.

The only way you can sue is if you suffered a loss or monetary damage as result. Most likely no lawyer would take your lawsuit and a judge would probably throw it out as frivoulous.

you can sue any body for anything , mc donalds got sued for having hot coffee, the idiot proved it by pouring the hot coffee onto thier lap and demanded medical attention, le anne rimes sued her father/manager, the list goes on, i'll shut up now before you decide to sue me
