Me and a really great guy friend were talking about masterbation and was wondering if you do not masterbate for a long time will you release the sperm in your sleep? Hey of course i will be nice i have talked to my friends about masterbation and they rather not talk about it lol i really dont know whats going on anyway the semen is stored and sometimes when guys sleep and our Penis rubs against the bed while we dream it arouses us and we will release in our sleep it common and perfectly fine you dont have to masterbate its totally optional but as a teen we do feel more desires and have alot of erections so have a great day and i hope i helped you oh and it stored and it doesnt go any where it just makes more and more of semen

Yes it can be released in sleep, this is a wet dream. Yes it builds up but it's not going anywhere. The jokes about ESB (excessive sperm build up) & your eyes turning white are not true. U will not explode if U don't release it. Hope this answers Ur questions.

its true if u dont masturbate for a long time u ll release in your sleep.Why in sleep? Because u get horny and ur subconscious make u dream about sex. then u are having sex in ur dream and release sperms out :)

It will come out in you sleep, unless so get so horny and act only mental will you are awake that it will come out. But this is a one in a million chance, but it doe happen.
