Does anyone who is working with these cells have any references for them??
In my experiments I have two batches one is actively growing and one is in the G0 phase of the cell cycle, I damage both with peroxide and leave to grow, to see if the phase of growth corresponds to the damage caused??
any help would be much appreciated.

I am 5 months pregnant (21 weeks on friday) and just hate waiting a whole month to go to the doctor, I always worry something will go wrong in such a long period of time. All my tests and ultra sounds have come out perfect, I am feeling her move, but I find myself worrying all the time. Anyone else feel this way?

I'm looking for Elvis Impersonators to walk around at my wedding reception (don't ask!) Anyone know of a company that could provide around 3? The reception is in Co. Galway.

I would go to the individual people (i've found 2), but i don't know if having multiple Elvis' would be problematic. I assume they might be competitive, and i would rather just deal with one company or individual to take care of all of them.

so...im pretty sure im pregnant but i dont know what to do. I am 20 years old and i just moved to a new country..i dont have a job and a load of student loans and credit card bills to pay back.so im worried that what if i keep the baby, theres no way to support it cause i just dont have the money. secondly..if i had the baby, id have to stay here cause of the guy im with.. and i dont want to stay in this country but i want to go back home...and i simply cant afford not working , not at this time...
this is the worst possible time to do get pregnant and i was stupid.. and i dont know what to do...:(((

Ok. My wife cheated on me 2 years ago. We then tried to make it work out and I just found out after christmas that she was doing it again. As soon as I told her that I can't be her husband anymore, she started getting serious with her new boyfriend. He offered for her to move in with him. We have a 4 yr old daughter. We were going to do 50/50 custody, but I don't want my daughter to go from a mommy and daddy environment to all of a sudden living in a stranger's house (my ex-wife knows him for barely over one month) and getting attached to a guy who could disappear any minute, besides the fact that I know nothing about this man and do not trust him with my daughter. I want to know if you think I am being reasonable to be asking my ex-wife for this: You want 50/50? Ok, then get you own place and we'll work it out... You want to move in with your boyfriend? Ok, then I will do whatever I can to get 100% custody of our daughter.

What are your thoughts? I want to know if I'm alone or not

Is it OK for Parrots to eat the wood hat is hanging on their toys ? Is their a better type of toy to buy. SHe is new to me I bought her a hanging teaser toy and she only chewed off the one wood block other wise she doesn' touch it. What would be good to keep her entertained?
