What you look like is going to be the last thing you're concerned with during labor. Would you wear makeup to run a marathon or climb a mountain? Because that's essentially what you'll be doing when you're in labor. You'll be working hard, sweating, maybe puking, maybe crying, etc. Take along some makeup to put on afterwards if you want, once you've gotten cleaned up.

it would not count number number once you've it on or dont. I had makeup on the morning I presented. contained in the afternoon, I went into exertions, and then presented my daughter at evening. with information from the time she changed into born I appeared extraordinarily undesirable because my mascara had smeared and my hair were up and it changed into falling down. It appeared undesirable. i might want to point going organic in case you could so that you dont look as terrible as I did after delivering!

I hear ya. But yr definatly allowed to. If it matters that much to you, which I understand, stick to waterproof mascara. Just a few coats of mascara does a lot when you don't wanna look horrible but on the other hand, who realistically looks like a beauty pagent queen while giving birth? lol

It will not stay for long on your face, but I believe that you can, (bear in mind that you'll look like a clown after you give birth with all the paint running down with your sweat all over your face).

It depends on the kind of birth you have.
You can for a vaginal birth.
If you have a c-section, you can not wear makeup, jewelery, or nail polish.

Yes but you probably won't feel like putting on makeup in between contractions.

Yes. They don't care if you are wearing make-up. You will probably sweat it off anyway. Once you've been in labor for a few hours, you will no longer care how you look!

Of course you can, but it will probably wear off...you will more than likely sweat...you may want to be in the shower or jacuzzi tub..so even if you applied it when your labor started, there will probably not be much left on your face. :-) Once your labor gets going full swing, you won't care HOW you look..trust me! :-)

Use a tinted moisturizer instead of a heavy foundation. It is super light weight and will give you a nice glow.

Dont suggest the make up if anything were to go wrong an you need a c section they would have to remove all of it first.
