Does anyone who is working with these cells have any references for them??
In my experiments I have two batches one is actively growing and one is in the G0 phase of the cell cycle, I damage both with peroxide and leave to grow, to see if the phase of growth corresponds to the damage caused??
any help would be much appreciated.

Could you give me the morphology of the cells. I work with fibroblast and could give you some insight.

If you damage with peroxide, chances are both cells wouldn't be growing.
