I have derpression and social anexity disorder

i have seen many thearpist
been on many medication
i have been on a confidence course.
had allertnative thearpys ( the journey, Hypnothearpy )
read many self help books

but nothing works, i am in despair.
have you got any ideas? i would be very gratefull thank you

I have just found evidence of my husband having an online "friendship" with several women whose profile pics are half naked. I also found more porn DVDs after he promised me many times over 5 years he wouldnt do it again. I explained to him it makes me feel unloved etc. He cant "get it up" for me and says its his medication but as I have put on weight due to severe fibromyalgia, I have my doubts. He also tells white lies and every now and then I catch him out. I wonder if this is leading to more betrayal or its just in my head. He swears he would die for me etc and does a lot for me but I still dont feel I can t trust him. I brought it up with him today trying the be adult about it, he told me he is lonely becasue he never goes anywhere, yet the one time he has gone out in the last 6 months he was AWOL, phone off etc, he came home late 6 hours and stinking of beer, yet our religion says we do not drink. What do I do now the trust is gone? Its just one more thing in a huge list of lies over a long time. Today I felt like a part of me died for good! Please help. I have been in tears all day and didnt know how to ask this question. If it offends you, I am very sorry.

My daughters doctor said it was okay for my daughter to sleep in her car seat when she has a cold. Are there any other alternatives that anyone knows of to keep her elevated when she is sleeping. I didn't know if they make something for that or not? I just get worried when she sleeps in her car seat even though she is probably safe in there. Any advice for sleeping when they have a cold would be great!

i think some mught hav emisunderstood me, he use to watch porn, not since we married. i am just concerned taht he is still really wnting to do it again. ome time htere was one ot those X rated girls gone wild comercials and he got all turned on and left the room. i just cried. i dont think he gets turned on by me because if im in the mood (rarley) he pushes me away. somtimes if i notice that he is turned on i just go along with it and get rejected. i think he is think of somone else. one time (while i was pregnant) i cought him goin over to another girls house. i talked to both of them sepratly and they both said they never had sex but my hubby is a lier. i cant ever trust him. he lies about eberything. i catch him alll the time. we didnt get married out of love either. yeah i do love him very much but he is very controlling. i cant evern have friends without him yelling at me. i just dont think my husband is really into me for love but as an object that he can control. PLEASE HELP ME!

I've been discussing the smoking issue, but have a couple of business owners claiming that the government is taking away their rights. They believe that the government should not pass nor enforce anti-smoking laws, but I'm curious to find out if it was ever illegal to ban smoking from any businesses at all. I'm especially wondering about restaurants, clothing stores (where merchandise could be ruined by smoke and it could be a real fire hazard), schools (by teachers), or anyplace.

So, in your area, was it ever illegal to ban smoking from anyplace? Please ask your parents, and especially your grandparents or older neighbors who might know.

There are a few points I am about to make to them (on a group, not here), comparing the smoking issue to some other issues,
but I want to see if anyone here comes up with my same thoughts before I post it to them.

So, my baby daddy left me because I gained too much weight during my pregnancy. This was about a month ago. So far I am down 15lbs with about 50 more lbs to lose by the summer. I really want revenge and I don't know if its wrong. I mean, I want him to see me one day looking really good and doing my thing because I really want him to notice me again....not so we can get back together, just so I can tell him no I don't want you.
He really hurt my feelings the way he broke up with me, he tells me he needs some space, and then three days later he's got a new girlfriend driving his car around while my daughter and I are stuck taking the bus everywhere. The girl he's with is totally opposite from me; and I am shocked he's even with her. I thought I was his type, but I guess not. I love him so much, and he hurt me so badly, I lost my best friend......and I just don't know what to do any more. I am so damn frustrated with my situation!!!!!
