A tough way to learn a lesson. Demand what you paid for and refuse to make further payments.

If you payed using your credit card report it IMMEDIATELY and tell them what has gone on your card company usually can refund you if you have not received goods. If it was a bank transfer you probably could be out of luck but is well worth a call to your bank. If it was payed from your checking account you can stop your check if it has not been cashed, whatever method time is of the essence to stand any chance. This is pretty bad fraud so there is a possibility that the web host could be held responsible for allowing fraudulent operators on its site .Good Luck.

Hopefully you didn't pay cash. Report it to your credit card company and they may stop payment for you. Hopefully you had something in writing. If not it is your word against theirs. Also you can file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and if it is provable the Attorney Generals office of your State. Your best bet for quick results is your credit card company if you paid that way. Good luck.

Good luck. I think your first mistake was going to a site called "alibaba.com". If they are not in the US then you may not have a leg to stand on. I hope you did not send them any money.

Tell your bank or credit card company that you have been scammed and get your money back that way.

Next time, don't do business with a site names alibaba.com.

Contact the attorney general for the state in which you purchased the products as well as the seller's state.

Also the BBB can be of some help.
