There are a lot of bad people in New Orleans. I was at Mardi Gras twice, and I saw a ton of really bad people. One morning when I was walking to breakfast by myself, a ten year old kid showed me his gun. 10 years old!

These people thought the government was going to save them.
I hope they are less ignorant now and know better then to rely on ineffecient beurocratic government to actually be there for them.
It is this mentality that may be the reason. Have you been to Boston lately? Lots of murders here too.

its because some of the mask being sold in mardi -gras is possesed by the devil. so those unlucky bastard who buy those evil mask and attended the mardi-gras, become evil when they wear those mask .they seems to possesed by satan after wearing them they lose control of their mind and started killing anyone. so we should called some catholic priest and let them go to new orlean to perform some exorcist ritual to those masked being sold in mardi- gras.

because NO is the freakin hood. heck, one neighborhood there is called the Slaughterhouse. Its just a super poor, crime ridden city. Its like LA without any of the nice parts.

I am in Australia, and all the murders happening in New Orleans was shown on our news!!!!! , they said that New Orleans is lawless after Katrina...............
