I came into work today and my fish don't seem as active as they usually are. I changed the water on Friday and they were fed over the weekend. They ate when I fed them this morning, but they still just kinda lightly swin on the bottom 1/4 of their 2.5 gallon tank. Any ideas what's wrong and how I can perk them up?

So the guy I'm dating has finally opened up to me and let me know that he is not ready for a commitment .. Im so shocked.. Anyways Now Im not sure what to do or how to let him know that I am still here for him and supprt his decsicion cause I still like him and want to be his friend. He asked me what I was thinking in regards to him not wanting a relationship at this time and Im bascially thinking WTF what do you want form me now. I'm trying to create a formula in excel using the following factors. I was hoping you could help. I'm trying to calculate the commissions based on the following tiered commissions:

Sales of $362,000

0-250,000 25%
250,001-500,000 27%
> 500,001 30%

The first $250,000 is calculated at 25%, the next $162,000 is calculated at 27%.

The whole problem was low visibility, or am I mistaken? It just occurred that if the pilots had those kind of heat goggles, and there were heaters or flares on the runway for them to navigate by the fog wouldn't have been such a big problem. Would it work, or do they use something like that already?

Hey has had the diarrhea for the last 2 days..Yesterday he went 5 times and today so far he has had it 3 times already. He doesnt have a fever or any pain associated. I have been giving him a banana a day and he does drink at least 16 ounces of juice a day max and that doesnt include milk. I just started giving him pedialyte/gatorade. Is there anything else I should do?

I know the Dominican Republic's currency is in Pesos, is it better to exchange in Canada for DR Pesos, as I know hotels usually charge more?
