Essentially do I have to put down any kind of material before the floor tile is down. Can I put floor tile on bare plywood?

I want to drop 8-15 lbs relatively quickly. if I eat only things like raw celery and salad with vinegar/oil, steamed broccoli, and small portions of good proteins like egg whites or small pieces of fish like tuna or salmon, for 2 weeks, do you think I will lose any of the weight? (btw- i dont drink pop or sugar in my hot tea, dont eat carbs really anymore all the time, and dont eat many fried foods) Also, I was going to do about 45 minutes of cardio at least 5 days a week... Thanks for the answers and any suggestions would be great!

it sounds easy for some. It appears the more juvenile and moronic the GW questions the more response there is to it. wut kicker amp would work best for the 15 in kicker l7?? its rated at 1000 watts rms and 2000 peak... its a 15" subwoofer with dual 4-ohm voice coils.. if i had 2 of these what amp could i run both off??? most of kickers big amps are one channel.. would i be able to run them of just one amp? help please!

This anti-American jerk, Lieutenant Ehren Watada, is refusing to go to war because he claims it is an "illegal war". However, I am sure it has been pointed out to him that Congress voted for the war, but apparently facts can't get in his thick skull.

He is set to face up to six years in Prison, which, with parole, will probably be one at best. The soldiers "torturing" prisoners at Gitmo got more than that, if you can call putting underwear on someone's head torture. It's not like they cut someone's head off. Oh, that's right, the IRAQIS did that.

I mean, look at this dude. He just LOOKS like a pansy.

Back to my question. How would YOU punish this guy? I would say a public hanging, or firing squad. But I would prefer the public hanging, I think people need to see what happens to a traitor.
