I'm personally not a huge fan of boob jobs because women tend to get them to "gain confidence" and I'm not sure if that's the most healthy way to do it. Looks fade and if your confidence is mainly found in your body, you're gonna be in trouble in the long run. However, if your set on it, I'd first ask how old you were. I was very small all my life (an A cup) until my junior year of college. Then I moved up to a B cup (I'm only 5'3"). I've been out of college two years now and I'm at a D cup. I've only put on about 15 pounds since my change from an A cup to a D cup and gone up two pant sizes. I'm at a healthy 120 pounds, but I feel like my boobs are too big now for my height. If I had done a boob job early in life, I'd be falling over! :) Just make sure your body is done changing before you jump the gun.

Do you mean implants? Not for me! For one thing, I wouldn't have room for them with all the natural boobiness I've got going on and for another the idea of having a foreign substance in my breasts give me the shivers...Plus, have you ever seen one of those operations performed on TV? Sh!t, that looks painful!
Seriously though, you would have to be very sure that's what you want before going into a surgery like that. Unless you have lost your breasts to cancer, you are only doing it for cosmetic reasons so it's important that you are not thinking it will better your life in anyway. What's important is what will make you happy and what YOU want.

It all really depends on the situation. If you are very large and want to go smaller because it is causing lots of back, neck and shoulder pain and also bad headaches because of it, then I would say go for it so you can live a life with no pain. If you are small, I would say no. Being unhappy with a small chest is normal but be happy with who you are and your looks. You don't need to have a bigger chest because of what society or other people think. Who cares what others think about you. It is you that have to live with your body and if you are happy with the way you look, then what other people think should not be important.

as ive had one myself i would agree, but DONT hvae one for anyone but your self. make sure its what you want, do some research with different surgeons, I found that Transform were the best, I was in no pain at all, it was just a little uncomfartable for a few days, if you want to know anything feel free to email me.
good luck,

I had one done 2 years ago and I wouldnt trade it for the world. Ive had zero complications and its made the biggest change in my life and my self-esteem. Just make sure that if you are seriously considering this, that you do it for yourself...not for anyone else.

I would have a reduction not the other way around they are extremly annoying to me. But I think surgery is really extreme unless you have back and health problems. But if your willing to you should go ahead. Bit extreme though.
Also women who have breast cancer have the options I wouldn't say anything about them.

Not unless you are completely flat and really want something more there. Or you are a breast cancer survivor (like my mom) and want to regain what you lost. Any other reason is not valid! Period!

I'd like one, but before I do, I would check the surgeons and clinics history and risks and the types of implants, if YOU want it go for it
