Today I ate:
Ok, so I've been pigging out on xmas chocolate and candy, for the last few days. How much weight am I gonna gain, and is it going to have any adverse affects on my health?
Today alone, i ate:
5 chocolate covered cookies
9 peanut butter hersheys kisses
10 Jelly beans
4 Mint Chocolate sticks
2 Mini oreos
A giant brownie
and I'm still hungry... Help?
in addition to this, I had about 200 calories for breakfast, close to 800 calories for lunch, and around 500 for dinner... I lost count of the grams of fat, but I'm sure there are OODLES.
I still wanna eat, and just start over tomorrow... Help??!
Could consuming too much sugar cause diabetes too?
