My husband told my son to bring him a certain set of disks for his computer game he was playing. My son brought the wrong one two or three times. My husband yelled at my son who is 12. He hollered "what is wrong with YOU? Do you want to know what it feels like to be kicked in the a**?" No kicking, just barking. My son is very gentle by nature and would never talk back to his dad but he does have a problem with following directions. Then my husband pushed him on the shoulder hard enough for my son to fall backwards on the floor. In another incident, he pushed him (again hard enough for him to fall to the floor) when he went to talk to me in the baby's room and woke up the baby. My husband said he was only moving him out of the way no harm meant. Later, I was waiting in the car to take me and the kids to church and my son was in the restroom and made us late. My husband shoved him out the door, but no falling.

I'm a 27 year old from Stoke on Trent England. I like to have a healthy lifestyle in spite of my family being totally the opposite. When I went to Ciudad Juarez and walked back across the border I noticed thousands of people crossing the border with border crossing cards but less than half that many going back to Mexico with these cards? A naturalized citizen who drives a bus in El Paso told me that when El Paso wants more workers immigration which is both in El Paso connected to the consulate in Ciudad Juarez hands out more border crossing cards. Most do not go back and they go to work somewhere in the U.S. A border crossing card is not a work permit it is a very inexpensive temporary tourism permit. So why put up a fence when the consulates who have been caught many times stealing from their own systems are letting them in whenever El Paso wants cheap labor? Isn't it a slap in the face of military people who serve/d in Iraq for the INS/USCIS immigration not be fixed?

Today I ate:
Ok, so I've been pigging out on xmas chocolate and candy, for the last few days. How much weight am I gonna gain, and is it going to have any adverse affects on my health?

Today alone, i ate:
5 chocolate covered cookies
9 peanut butter hersheys kisses
10 Jelly beans
4 Mint Chocolate sticks
2 Mini oreos
A giant brownie

and I'm still hungry... Help?
in addition to this, I had about 200 calories for breakfast, close to 800 calories for lunch, and around 500 for dinner... I lost count of the grams of fat, but I'm sure there are OODLES.
I still wanna eat, and just start over tomorrow... Help??!

I started a necklace shop about 2 months ago and at first when I was advertising I was selling a lot, now I've run out of ideas as to where to advertise and I'm not selling much.

My necklaces are not mainstream and I don't know how to reach the people who share the same style I do.

If the BIG Bang is the most plausible theory on how the universe, time, and all that exists began to exist....What in the world caused the BIG Bang? Surely nothing could not have caused it or could nothing have caused it? Or did there have to be something that caused it, that existed before it, in order for it to happen in the first place?

my bf and i had tried twice to make our relationship work, but i ended up dumping him on the 2nd time we got together. I don`t know why.. but i think im jealous of his ex. He and his ex have known each other since kindergarten! & i`ve only known him for a year. They also were together for 7 months UNTIL i came along. She`s really small, actually she looks she still belongs in 7th grade but shes 16. I dont know why, i just look at her and i envy her & how cute she is because she`s so small! and im well just average. even though people and her friends tell me im prettier i just dont believe it. I want to attend the University of Wisconsin-Madison and have already been accepted there. My problem is because I now reside in Florida, (I have lived in FL starting last year, but the rest of my life was spent in WI) my mom wants me to stay in-state and go to Florida State University (where I have also been accepted).

What are some good, convincing arguments to persuade her to let me go where I know I will be happier academically and socially?? Thanks.

HI... I'm a guy, and am thinning in front a bit, when shampoo has too much body, it actually makes me look more bald (not less as onemight think) ... what I want is advice on the best NON salon shampoo that is good, or ... what you would suggest if you HAD to only use store bought shampoos (i'm broke) ...I do realize salon shampoos are best (even though hair is dead right? i'm a confused 12 year old who weighs 110 ibs. I KNOW i'm not fat, but i KNOW i'm not skinny either. I kinda want to slender down a little because i took this online weight phase test that tells me where i am in my weight compared to the people around my age group. I'm 58%, so that means that i'm 8 pounds above average. Please don't tell me that it depends on height...the test covered that. I've just had these hormonal cravings for food, constantly. I haven't been growing much lately, and i know that it's best to not gain too much weight right before my growth sperg...it's healthier that way... and i want to know the healthiest way to lose 8 pounds, so that i can be average and not keep weighing more and more. I've gained 10 pounds in the past 2 years, and i'm freaking out. I need help to figure the healthiest way. I need help with excerise and dieting. I'm doing basketball and volleyball right now, i just need to cut back and feed my cravings w/out gaining 10 million pounds!!!!!

If a guy likes those kinds of activities, what type of personality could he have?

e.g. if he likes snoboarding, rock climbing, one can assumes he likes outdoor activities, & is adventuresome not quiet & reserved.

Doesn't it run contrary to the idea of competiton where the best man should get the job. What if they started giving whites more tryouts for making the team in terms of players;being that blacks are vastly over-represented in terms of player race. If there is any place where competiton should be taken to the extreme isn't it in professional sports. Shouldn't politics stay out of it? So what do you say...DO YOU SUPPORT THE "ROONEY RULE?"
