I like clear mascara for my eyebrows. I don't use it on my lashes because I like to enhance the color of them. I really like Max Factor 2000 Calorie Mascara.

I've also heard great things about Lancome DÉFINICILS - High Definition Mascara...

the best mascara i have come accross (i model quite a bit) is chanel inimitable. in black.

best eyeliner is estee lauder pure color eyeliner they have blue green black brown and a pretty purple

they are costly but the best . i have tried covergirl revlon, laura mercier, mcevoy urban decay and i cannot really say enough about these two products

basically in my opinion the cheaper the mascara the more clumps it has in your lashes try maybellines mascaras and eyeliners they are very good

ok i have tried about like 7 differnt drug store mascra but the one i like the best and the most that does not clup is max mascra it's like the new one from covergirl that purple mascra that doesn not clup i thing the cover girl is the same one to max one but i dint' try the cover gril but i have tried the max factor black mascra i forgot the name sry but thats the best seriulsy it doesn't clump ur eyelashes at allllllllllllllllll not kiding

does clear mascara work good... umm NO and there is no best time of eyeliner its ur eyes and it really depends how u like it

well, lash exact by covergirl, (you know, the purple one)
and nah, I dont like the clear one, and the RIMMEL eyeliner, works very well, mecture that it is pencil, the one that you can sharpen, cause the other one suxs.
