It could be lots of things. Measure the RGB signals coming out of the T chip (video processor)... if they're all about 2.5 volts, move on to the CRT-PCB and check the base drive of the three video output transistors... if they're all the same, check their collectors... they should all be around 140 to 160 volts. If the red driver is much lower, then it's the red driver transistor. If it's normal, then it's your CRT and you'll have to consider buying a new set. Next customer, please.

It's possible that one or two of your three color channels have failed - either the tubes (if it's a CRT/normal TV) or the controlling circuitry. It's not likely to be economical to repair.

Take it to the tv repair shop, or maybe it is time to get rid of it because soon it will be obsolete.
