why does she like like her own breed much? supposly they are pack dogs.

If thats your Husky in the pic , shes very pretty. I have a female husky, 3 yrs old,(marked quite like yours) . She will play with other breeds and her own as most dogs should.Allthough she does try to dominate any other females she meets. As far as being a pack dog, yes they are , vey much so. But you & your family have become her pack when she jioned you. Those other dogs are just dogs, not in her family, or pack.

A pack dog does not necessarily mean that she likes playing with huskies-- it means she is comfortable when around other dogs or in a group.

Dogs don't see each other based on breed so much as dominance and submissiveness. She will play with the dogs that either dominate her, submit to her (depending on her own personality) or give her a challange.

all dogs come from pack dogs but if they aren't born and raised in a pack you can't expect them to act like it. A dog will interact with other dogs it feels comfortable with it shouldn't matter if they are the same breed.
