there is too many ideas on the nutricious of "egg".
some said that we gotto eliminate the yolk before consuming egg..coz "the cholesterol level in yolk is toooo high..it's bad for our health".
on the other hand, some others encourage people to take yolk.."coz it contain cholesterol that juz nice for us.. "

After a huge and somewhat physical argument my man told me that if I put my hands on him again he would leave me for good. But now it seems he seems to be doing things that he really knows aggravates me. Do you think he is trying to see if I have refrained from being verbal or physical with him? few weeks before i graduated from college which i just did, i met a girl. one time, late at night, when we were both studying, she said she was starving so i wanted to feed her, but it was 2am so no place was open so i told her to come back to my room. i was REALLY busy at that time with papers and working a full time job so my room was really messy, even though i had cleaned it a week before. there was newspaper on the floor because i am a painter. that was the only time she saw my room. we are still friends and both kinda like each other but i still can't get over the way my room was the only time she saw it. i feel like a bum. why do i keep dwelling on this??

i have rebuilt my engine and replaced the piston and rings and im left with the powervalve system a mystery. a freind of mine has told me that ive got the pullibar the wrong way round and on trying it the way he says doesnt look to be the rite way. as far as i know it wonte fit or work properly, my freind has been into bike for years aswell as maintainig and fixing them. there are 2 rods in the powervalve fixed together by a nut and pivot so the top bar moves and opens the powervalve chamber, but which way the top bar goes i have now idea.

I gave up smoking last May since then been constantly ill, my doc just keeps giving me anti-biotics and steroid drinks.I am struggling to breath all the time, given up my exercise classes and become very in active cos i am always out of breath and ill :-( have tried different inhalers nothing seems to work, sick of being sick. Lab owners. DO you like your dog. Does it listen to you and is it loyal. I have a lab/beagle mutt and it is real smart but does not obey well. I think this is because the beagle in her but i was wondering if anybody else had this problem. My dog is shy and backs away when you approcah her. She always wants to go outside. If anybody had similar expieriences what did you do about it?

I'm foreign, 20 yrs old , I have a pretty decent life in America but still I don't like it..
Please do not get offended. I know some will say go back to your country, I really can't wait to do that but I have to stay here until I get my masters degree in 4 years.. This is a good country to make money, get a good job,it has a very good education system, but still :(

I am feeling depressed ever since I came to this country.. I got separated from my friends, my best friend, my boyfriend , and everyone...
I only have my parents and my brother here...

After 2 years of long distance relationship my BF brokeup with me..

I miss him and I miss my friends and I can't seem to get along with Americans, not enough to have STRONG friendships..

The problem is, everyone here ia pressuring me to forget my past and start a new life, to date a local guy (there is nothing wrong with them they'r cute) and have Local friends..

Is there anything wrong with me?
