Also, I live in south/east Kentucky, and sadly poverty is very abundant here. But what I don't get is this: I see hard workers all the time, working double shifts and barely making enough money to put food on the table. I also see lazy people, not even working but are living in the big time because the government will support them. However, when the person who works hard but still isn't making enough goes to the government for a little help they don't give it to them. Sure, they might give them $30 a month for food stamps (at most)....but they give the person who is just too sorry around $600 a month on food stamps. How is the system that messed up?

My grandmother won't stop whining! She sits around talking about how she can't do anything for herself (she can and several doctors said she could). Whenever anyone is busy, she whines "I'm so sorry I'm such a burden, but my mind doesn't work. Someone is going to have to take care of me. I can't eat." Then she'll look at whatever food we have and ask "Whatcha eating...?" When I offer her something, she won't give me a straight answer or she'll say "that' ok, honey. I don't want to put you out." She drives me CRAZY! She manipulates my mother into doing everything for her. My mom seems to like being able to wait on her mom, but I don't like being expected to wait on someone who can take care of themselves! Plus, my gma sitting on herr *** all day can't be good. Won't she deteriorate? She tries every new depression medication she can but when it doesn't "work" the next day, she complains about how she's different from everyone else and how the meds don't work. How do I handle her?!

My sister found a dog on her back porch. She took him to the vet to see if he has a chip and there wasn't one. There is a colar but no ID and it looks like he got out of where ever he was tide up at because there is a peice of yarn on his colar. He is a really cute Jack Russel mix. He is white with caramel spots. We have already thought of quite a few. Max, Maxwell, Jack, Zeus,Dipstick, Sprout, Spot, Peanut, and Charley. He is very curious and very sweet.

My boyfriend has been experiencing a strange tingling on the out side of his left foot, on the edge (Not the ball nor the top of the foot) between his pinky toe and the side of the heel. He has had severe back problems with bulged discs at L3-L4 and L4-L5. He has had a previous surgery on L4-L5. It's keeping him awake at night! We have been using Anbesol which seems to work but he needs to reapply it throughout the night. Any ideas?
