Non-christians can certainly perform christian music well. But I personally don't think music alone would convert anyone to anything. Conversion comes from the soul, and while the lyrics of songs may touch the soul, it takes much more than that to truly convert someone. So, technically, the answer is "No", but then again, Christians can't perform Christian music well enough to convert either! :)

Why so badly do you want to convert non-christians into Christians? You should celebrate all kinds of religions and how different people are, not shun them. That's the beauty of life isn't it? Variety.

Music means good song writing, great skill with instruments, creativity. What's that got to do with religion?
I like the Jars of Clay but they'll never stop me being an atheist. I've tried to stop thinking for myself and let a priest tell me what to believe but I can't!
