The Assembly Public Safety Committee publishes a summary of all the new California laws. I suggest you contact your assembly member for a copy.

And, No, the drinking age is NOT being raised to 25.

I heard that the legal drinking age for alcohol was going to raised to 25. Might be a rumour.
