Producing a shot with very little spin on it comes from good kicking technique, but what are the results when such a shot is struck with a low trajectory and maximum power? I play 6-a-side football with small posts and I'm trying to score from long range. Happy new year and thanks in advance!

The ball probably wouldn't go very high, but it would be powerful. You probably know that already.

I think it is very difficult to shoot a ball with little spin and high power.

The shot, depending on the height of the grass/turf you're playing on, could potentially catch goalkeepers off guard or be difficult to save due to the power. I'd save this shot for grass that was cut short.

As for using it to try to score from a distance, I don't really think that it would be easily able to get past opposing defenders. That's the problem with long-range shots that are not airborne at all. A defender could more easily control a ball when it's on the ground, or at the very least block it from going into the goal.
