Rite now the answer is 'No'. but what you want is where the software are moving to. Now a days the XML and web-services and smart clients are the upcoming technologies that are meant to provide services over the web, We will have smart clients on our machines and all our services will exist on servers like MSN is the best example our contacts etc are not stored locally rather on server. so wherever we log in we get the most updated list.

So in future we will have a smart client of word and excel (smart client could be a web page or small self deploy-able application) and those clients will connect to office server over the web and will create documents and excel sheets on servers. So we won't Need to copy or email our documents as they will be shared over the web.

This is in-fact a very nice idea and if somebody implements it, he will be the first in market :)

If you mean to remotely access another computer that is using word, then you need to use remote desktop or an online service like gotomypc.com

If you want to use the program, but dont want to buy it, I suggest a free alternative that is compatible. Download (just once) and install OpenOffice from below.

you cannot get these programs free legitimately, you can only get the viewer programs that let you read the files for free such as powerpoint viewer and word viewer, these can be found on the microsoft site

Not that I know of .. MS Word and PPT are part of the MS Office suite and one needs to have a license for it before installing it on one's computer for using it.

Not to my knowledge and I would be VERY surprised if such a web site existed anywhere at all.
