Yes. I always had a low opinion of myself and thought there were things wrong with me until I met my husband. Having someone love you for exactly who and what you are - no holds barred- is the best proof to yourself that you really are perfect just they way you are.

Yes, when you remove all outer influence. When you work to become the person you would like to be and accept the flaws which are not of great detriment to yourself and society, you will be happy. Coming to terms with the fact that no one is perfect and not holding yourself against an ideal standard...that helps.

Very seldom! My looks are never as good as the next, theres always another person with a cooler personality than mine, other people will always have more money and better things than I do....so no I very seldom feel 100% comfortable with myself.

No one can. Especially in America! We are so full of ourselves.
For example:
women get face lifts because they think their getting old.
men pop Viagra in their mouths like candy
and everyone wants to be thin.

No. We are too critical of ourselves. We can love some things and hate other things about ourselves. Maybe at some point in our lives we just don't care anymore.

You have to realize your potential which is infact as vast as your imagination! (or say as vast as your ignorance!)
And when you have to realize, where is the question of being comfortable or uncomfortable?
It is a continuous process and as you progress you actualize youself.
