Just curious but would be most appreciative if you are able to share your experience on practical diets.

Serious answers if you please.


Tried the following:

- Eight cups of strong Coffee or caffeine equivalent
- Eight cups of Water
- Five hours sleep daily except on Sundays
- Twelve hours sleep if work stretches over seventy two hours
- Vitamins: B 2 x 100mg; C 3 x 1000mg; Zinc 2 x 50mg
- Five small meals: fast food.

The mind gets to a stage that seems to slow down accompanying tasks that take forever, with the side effects of not being able to sleep soundly as soon as the task is completed.

Suffice it to say, working hours may not be renegotiated with higher management. One would be kidding to say that it is not a dog eat dog environment.

I may have a chance to go to San Diego for a conference at the end of March and I'm wondering if I can get away without a rental car (the hotel has free shuttle service to and from the airport). The one thing I really want to see while I'm there is Cabrillo National Monument and I'm wondering if I could bike there from the Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina on Harbor Drive. I've been checking out the transit service too.

Right now he is only taking his bottle and sometimes during the middle of the night he cries for a bottle and I would have to stay up until he sleeps to get the bottle so he doesnt leave it in his mouth and cause problems for his 4 front teeth.

I've been hearing this the past couple months. At first I thought it was isolated idiots mistaking perhaps the word "mongrel" for this word. Now I'm reading it on the internet. Mongloid is an archaeological/anthropological term for asiatic races. Is this like an ethnic slur now or what? I don't get it. Can someone please explain to me this stupid phenomenon?

When I load the game up, after about 5 minutes, the game crashes and a box comes up saying the application is terminating. I looked in the instruction manual and it says it's probably because I don't have the latest driver for my video card when using DirectX. it then lists 5 websites where I can download the card from but I've looked on them and don't have a clue what anything means on them. (www.asus.com www.ati.com www.europe.creative.com www.guillemot.com www.hercules.com)
Can anyone tell me where I need to go to download this thing??

im back again with my 1964 super minx the dynamo seems to have stopped workin red charge light is now on constant and the battery is dead had battery checked and its fine is it a hard job to convert to alternator or can you still buy bushes to repair dynamo as someone told me it could be bushes that have burnt out

Is it about time we built a wall around our great city.We can start charging these non london peasants to enter. Lets be honest they are all rude about our city but still want to come here to steal our jobs and jam pack our public transport system and roads. It sends out all the wrong messages - Misogyny, celebration of violence and lack of responsibility with sex to name a few.

Many young impressionable black kids will think it's cool to get into gangs, buy guns, commit violence and show a lack of responsibility with sex(Make a black woman pregnant and abandon them). Rap Music is one of the worst things to happen to the black community and America in my opinion.

Black people should boycott Rap music and put these people out of buisiness. Black people have made great contributions to music over the years- Jazz, Blues, R&B, etc. Rap just destroys all the good work. All it has done is encourage criminal activity.

America without Rap music would be a much better and safer place to live in for both black people and white people. America would also be more productive because there would be less black people joining gangs and more in colleges obtaining degrees.

Last night I talked to my boyfriend online (long distance relationship) and as he opened a gift I had gotten him. He immediatly told me that though he appriciated the thought I should not have bought him that because he didn't like it. (I bought him cigars, he is a regular cigar smoker, but appparently the specific kind I got wasn't something he wanted even though it is a brand he likes.)
Now at this point I guess I was upset and a little shocked that he had been so rude. I understand that he has to tell me at some point that his taste is different than what I thought, and I DO want him to tell me that he doesn't want me to buy him certain things, but I think he could have waited longer than the exact point that he opened the gift. (We have been dating for a year and a half and he has never said anything about it until now.) Am I being rediculous because I am mad, or was it as rude as I think it was?

I just got an X-Box 360 for Christmas... I am having a little bit of trouble with it... It likes to shut off as I am playing Halo... I don't know why, but the little light on the power cord box keeps turning from orange to red... It keeps doing this and I cannot play it that well... When that light turns red, the 360 shuts off... I have it directly connected to the wall... no surge protector... Any help?

if i dont know their names, or their mothers name, or thier
or ages. just know that they are way older than you, and have an idea where they were born?
if my fathers name was on the birth certificate, would i be able to find them that way? some how? how would i track down how many children he has had, if hes passed away?

I have been with my husband for 4 years. I recently found out that he has been unfaithful for the entire 4 years we've been together and I am in the process of saving money so that I can leave him and get a divorce which should happen very soon. The question is there is this guy at work (very hot I might add) who seems to be very interested in me. So far we have only had smoke breaks at work but he has suggested more and has even asked for my phone number. I have never cheated on anyone I've ever been with and until I found out what my husband was doing had never even really noticed this other guy. i think im a little over weight for being 15...i mean i just turned 15...and im 156...people say i dont look it because i can fit into all the "trend" clothes like hollister and abercrombie. i also know how to present myself in a good way. i mean im very uncomfortable with myself...i even suck my stomach in ...ive been doing that for about 3 years..so it became kinda natural..but now i see thats not the way to live that i need to loose weight ...and the healthy way..i just want a diet plan..and excerise..but be able to loose it sorta quickly..please help!
