Its easy if you know how to write web pages in HTML format. If not then you can either read up on how to make them or just use previously made layouts from other websites. I suggest reading about how to write the very simple language of HTML, as you wont need to know everything about the language to make a good page.

Do a search using the verbiage "myspace layouts", and all sorts of sites for such will pop up. Once you've browsed through the multitude of layouts and you find one that you like, all you have to do is copy the code provided and paste the code into your "About Me" section. It's really easy.

There are PLENTY of sites that already have premade layouts available. But if you want to make your own, some sites have a "generator" available for your convenience. You can also "steal" another person's layout by typing in their friend ID located in their URL link. [at least i think that's where it is].
