you cant.. she has to see it herself. i have a friend like that she is soo georgous w.o make up and she doesnt believe it when all of her friends tell her.. so she tends to over do her makeup. just make sure that when she doesnt wear makeup that you tell her WOW YOU LOOK INCREDIBLE. dont mention that she looks good because she doesnt have makeup one because then shes gonna realized that you noticed that she doesnt have makeup on.. get it?

By telling her she doesn't. ( Only if it was that easy right) At the end of the day women who wear and love makeup ( like myself). Do not like the way they look without at least lipgloss and some mascara. So when she says she thinks she looks ugly with out makeup just reassure her that she is just as pretty when she first wakes up in the morning as she is when she is all dolled up ready to go out for the night. ( Even if you are lying to her it is your job to keep her esteem enhanced!!!!)

thats an easy one tell her shes as beautifull as a shineing star on a cold rainy night and shes prettier without makeup

Go camping with her. And make her look in the mirror w/o it on. Tell her she is just as good-looking as she is w/ it. I am way too lazy normally to deal with that, and you can barely tell the difference.

Just say "You don't look ugly with make-up on". If that doesn't work tell her she's beautiful the anyway she is.
