Is it about time we built a wall around our great city.We can start charging these non london peasants to enter. Lets be honest they are all rude about our city but still want to come here to steal our jobs and jam pack our public transport system and roads. No northerners or home county folk unless they pay to enter. It sounds like utopia to me. BUILD THE WALL!!!!!

I don't think even a wall can stop ignorant people from entering. The same thing happened to the native Americans, so I guess they should have had a wall. But then people would fly over in airplanes and then the Berlin Wall didn't have such a rosy outlook. Don't worry, when morons are tired, they'll leave.

I do not mean to sound rude, but wouldn't a wall just cause more problems? Where will we get the money to pay for this? What will we do if the wall is attacked? Why are you trying to keep people out? Not everyone is rude, I live in America and I love Europe/England/London. If you build this wall, it will just push out the outside world. Do not build this wall.

You sound like the Israelis who are building a wall across their border. Why is building a wall has become such an obsession? Insecurity? Paranoia? You cannot have a monopoly on where people want to go. This universe is not for a selected group of people. Everyone has the right to be where they want to be. Wall or no wall.

Yes I quite agree you should build a wall around your great city .
And while your at it cut of all communications so the rest of us will be able to live in peace and tourist will not confuse the rest of Britain with London standards of filthy rubbish strewn streets,your overpriced crappy hotels and accommodation, friendly muggers and murderers.
In fact if you give us a shout I'm sure us Northerners will take the next train down to help.

Nah Hadrian tried that up north, never worked. I'd just settle for people up north paying their share, not being wrongly subsidised by London taxpayers (The money is paid instead to Council's in the Labour run north, where local goverment spending is in some pages as high as 60% of the local enconomy!). Plus forcing Londoners to finance the Olympics when all we really get is more white elephants and debt for years to come. A wall? No thanks I like the countryside, just fair treatment will do fine.
