i know the cheats but i cant get out of them

You really need to be more specfic, what console are you playing on or are you playing for PC?
For pc, you simply retype the cheat only instead of putting true or on, you put false or off. If you just want the cheat box to disappear, type hide in it and it'll go away.

on some cheats, you cant get out of them, but just press shift + control+ c, and press off (or cheatoff)
