i am about 7 weeks pregnant and i am overweight. i was just wondering is it safe to diet and be pregnant? what could i eat to safely lose weight? and what kinda exercises? im used to eating junk all the time what do i do?

Okay. SO I'm 17 and he's 16....about to turn 17. HIs parent's are super strict about him having a girlfriend....mostly because he's really into sports and they want him to stay focused..etc. They say that I'm "Hunting" for a boyfriend and that he can be potential "Prey" .... We don't get to choose what brains we get and everyone keeps saying that we are all different. So if we come out of the womb different, then where is the free will to determine what we are? For some people, pleasureable chemicals are released in the brain when they do certain activties so they do them more. For other people, they get reward out of other activites. The brain chemistry was never chosen so where is the Free Will in all this?

I've been dissable for 4 yrs. & I have one creditor "Target Visa" who I have explained my situation COUNTLESS times. I'm unable to repay the bill as I'm on a very limited income. They call me at least 5 times a week. Are there any laws or do I have any rights at all re: this matter?

I know this sounds silly but I need to keep my outdoor kennel clean. I have three dogs. Right now they are all in an very large outdoor kennel we built for them. I want to start bringing them in the house more and training and by spring I want to get rid of the kennel and put up the invisible fencing for them outside. But the problem is right now is that the kennel gets so dirty. I trie dto keep it clean but with all the rain then snow is seems imposible. It is just ground, we didnt put cement in there so now of course the grass is gone and with all the rain and snow and melting it is muddy in there, We had gotten so much rain and they started to go to the bathroom in their straw which I have a ton to clean out now. I just don't know what to do. Over the summer I put sawdust from the sawmill and covered the entire kennel ground, it worked well and I would scoop up their droppings everyday. But now I dont know what to do. I need some tips.

Hey, yeah I am not looking for someone to tell me to talk to my parents or any of that. I am going to say this straight, I want to lose 10 pounds my parents don't know, I need to get ready for this coming Soccer season and a pool party, I am a mature girl and I am not going to let this get out of hand, my mom was anorexic and I will NEVER not eat for a day or make my self throw up. I have learned all the dangers of that since my mom is a professional health and excercise and fitness instructor, don't tell me to go to her cause I won't. If you are 13 then you understand, if you aren't then don't tell me to change my mind. I am 15 pounds over weight, I want to lose all of that in 2-3 months. I need more motivation though. Don't give me motivation I'll take care of that, just tell me how to focus on my stomach, I want it tighter and my inner thighs, they are fleshy. I am going to start running everyday, I am making my portions smaller and all that, I cut out sodas almost 2 years ago.

Our town desparately needs to be up lifted up in many ways - employment, attitude (pride), physical improvements. We have not recovered from the hurricanes two years ago. I would like to find some examples on the web of towns that have lifted themselves up. Thank you!
