I started being vegatairian at the begining of 2006 as a new years resolution.also to get fit and in shape was part of it.I have thyroid problems and it makes me slower, fat, and less activeso I have to take a pill everyday.from the begining of the year I slowly sheded pounds I went from 98 to 87. I am STILL losing wait but i don't need to,it just keeps going away.My long diet, activeness,and being a vegitarian has chaned me completely , not just by looksbut what I like.I always love to do active things, especially running.I love to work out, and I think I have OCD I hate eating badly, and not exercising.I still eat but I'm a VERY, VERY picky eater. sometimes , my parents think I'm anorexic
or balemic. But I haven't thrown up in years.and I eat. not as much as when I was over wieght.
but I eat. . But what what is the worry is if I'm getting the right foods. so what might be some good nutritions for a vegitarian ?
