Most often vegetarians are missing protein in their diets. Beans, soy, tofu, nuts and seeds will help you up your protein. Taking a daily supplement will also help you get essential vitamins and minerals you may be missing. A nutritionist can help you plan out meals so that you get everything you need. You also might want to check with a doctor about your rapid weight loss. I don't know your age/height/sex, so I don't know if the weights your listing are healthy or not. Try this website for additional info.

I hope this will help you. As a first aid, all you have to do is to simply drink 8-12 glasses of water a day, no to carbonated drinks, sweets, chocolates, spicy, salty and fatty food. Just eat fruits and vegetables. Try it.
Also, I eat Chinese noodles with half cup carrot cubes, thinly cut celery and a beaten egg.
MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!!
