it doesnt really show if im my head is just straight up.. but when i look down well it just kind of pops up lol! I was just curious if there is any kind of exercise you can do to get ride of it? thanks

I have it too. I am lean. I hate it... and I pose for pictures so it doesnt pop out. However, it is just my body...

There is no direct exercise to target any part of the body. The body takes fat from storage at it's own agenda.

Eat right and move. :-)

I have a feeling that you are overweight. As a first aid, all you have to do is to simply drink 8-12 glasses of water a day, no to carbonated drinks, sweets, chocolates, spicy, salty and fatty food. Just eat fruits and vegetables. Try it. I lose weight from 75kilos to 62kilos in 3 months.

I am sorry, but no. What shows under your jaw is based on your weight and skin type. If you feel like it is just loose skin then there are creams that can be used to tighten the skin. But the only other thing that can be done is to loose weight.
