Romulas has its downfalls but one of them is not that they think there perfect society. I see the romulas society becoming more advanced faster then the vulcan because they believe they have the perfect way of thinking and that blocks alot of inovation from happening imo. Of course living in the vulcan society and trying to get everyone to become free thinkers would be a ton of fun. So this is really a hard question.

It's a tough choice, but I'd probably have to pick Romulus because I'm far too emotional to live on Vulcan. Besides, they only have sex once every seven years! The Romulans may be evil, scheming, and deceitful, but I learned how to deal with people like that because that's how my parents were. Still, I did learn how to do the Vulcan hand greeting. Since they came from the same root as the Vulcans, perhaps there's hope that the Romulans can evolve. After all, I'm still hoping that Humans will....

Ugh, both are pretty horrible. Out of the two, though, I'd choose Vulcan. At least they aren't trying to kill each other and everyone else all the time.
